  My home surveillance system took a dump on me recently and Gilbert and his guys were excellent. They always answered the phone when I called, took care of me when I arrived, and were very communicative and efficient throughout the entire process.
  
  They were able to show me everyrhing wrong with my system and how to fix it. They even tested it for me in person to show exactly what was wrong. They're not pushy about using their parts or even using their services after the diagnosis. Gilbert even told me that I could bring a system that I buy and let me know how to set it up. You can tell that he's passionate about what he does and goes above and beyond to help you. I'll definitely be using this shop for future diagnosis and repairs.
