  they are terrible property managers. when the property managers do not care the Tenants do not care, and this is why the condos on the corner of perris and hemlock are so dam ghetto. i love my condo but the up keep is terrible and they have nerve to raise the dues. there lucky im a renter and not a owner!

  Rented from them for 2 years, didn't fix anything. We had a roof leak it took them 3 months to fix the hole in our ceiling the only way I got them to finally fix it is because I was having our child and I told them I wouldn't pay rent to fix it myself. Our fence fell down they never fixed it, a.c. didn't work as it was suppose to, had a hole in sink never fixed it, and even though we did everything they asked when we moved out they still didn't give us back our deposit. They will do anything they can to take every dime from you and will continue to raise your rent and still do nothing for you. I will NEVER rent from them again.
