  They recently had a change in management and it's been the worst experience! They are charging $40 a month for a single parking space, there is no guest parking after 6 pm, no pool access on holidays ( management refuses to pay maintenance workers holiday pay or overtime), they leave aggressive and unprofessional letters at your door, they tow your car even if you park in front of your door to unload your groceries or even your sleeping kids! ( since parking is horrible and usually you have to park outside the gate on the street) and cheapest rent is 1255! Not worth it! DO NOT LEASE HERE! YOU'LL BE STUCK HERE FOR 1 YEAR WITH THE WORST MANAGEMENT POSSIBLE
