  The owner of this nail salon treated me very rudely. She displayed very poor customer service skills. I accidentally dropped one of her nail polishes. I was very apologetic and offered to clean it up and I paid for the broken merchandise. Afterwards she was very mean to me, ignored me and refused to tell me her name. I reminded her that I frequented her business and that I had been a good customer and she unprofessionally told me that it didn't matter and I still didn't need to know her name. She didn't value me as a customer just because I had an accident.
