  I am not writing based on my own experience. I saw a facebook video where A Deaf man was treated very unfairly. I suggest that your HR takes this matters seriously And doe investigation behind this manager. The way she handled that situation was completely unprofessional and frankly disgusting. I understand that she is being timed on her drive-through. That gives no excuse for the way she treated him. Things had gone so differently if she was just polite and What of written back-and-forth with him. Thar lady doesn't Deserve to call herself a manager. I can only imagine what other horrible thing she's done when she's not being video recorded.
