  Do not take your vacuum here! They had my vacuum for over a 5 weeks and never touched it. No communication at all. After the first 3 weeks of them having it, I called twice to find out what was taking so long, they said the part was on backorder but never called to tell me. They gave me a loaner vacuum and they finally ordered the part from another source. Two weeks later still no call to pick it up, so I went down there with the loaner they gave me (which broke) and demanded my vacuum bad. Owner was not there and apparently my vacuum was in a locked back room to which he could not open. Eventually, (After calling the cops) they opened the door and got my vacuum, which had the wrong canister on it and missing my extension cord which was connected to my vacuum when I dropped it off. He had to go looking again for mine. They were supposed to clean the insides of my vacuum and fix the part, in all the time they had it, they didn't do a thing to it. Will never use this place again!
