  Rude staff. Especially nico. Never have products advertising on their biggest board on drive through" their tomato mozzarella panini. As I'm expressing my frustration to the girl in drive through, there was no one behind me waiting, that it's been 3 times I have been here at different times of the day and if it's never available, why advertise it so conspicuously. Nico abruptly interrupted us and started talking over us without even introducing himself. May be they need to better train their rude staff members and deliver the products they advertise so bold and bright.
